A couple of things that I learnt today…

I thought that focus was about shining a bright light on the area. But maybe I was wrong. It’s feels like it’s about dimming the light on the other things going on. Through this I was able to get 45mins solid work on an application. I dimmed the light on the other things impacting me- and I told them ‘’you’re not important right now, but I will come back to you later’’ Perhaps the voice of compassion helped too.

I’d also not been feeling so well, so focussing on my nutrition and water actually helped a lot. I wasn’t drinking green smoothies, but I had a porridge in the morning and more water. It helped me to keep grounded, and in a way more focused

Perhaps focus is more wholistic than I thought
