Mondays A productive start to the week? Not for me.
I’ve come to love Monday mornings being about self care and wellbeing, instead of hitting the ground running.
Recently, I’ve spent monday mornings taking time to get into the office, walking part of the journey as opposed to bus all the way- taking a slower start with wellness at the forefront I can remember a previous role where there was a coffee and network morning 10-11am- forcing you to be social and network.
I’m grateful that I have the freedom to choose These are my ideas of Monday mornings.
